Brother's big feet broke my new Sam Heaton 11' jig pole....:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
I haven't even used the jig pole one time.... I never had much luck just adding a new tip to a broken pole... Do yall know if the company will sell just the top half of the pole? I got it at basspro but don't think I have any kind of warranty.. Would they take it back?

Having worked in big box retail, your best bet is to bring it back hat-in-hand and be honest about what happened. Generally, I gave those folks a pass. The ones who made declarative statements like "You WILL take this back" usually didn't make it too far. If you have your receipt, you'll be in even better shape.
