Looking like fall is finally headed this way. Highs for next week, beginning Sunday, are in the low 80's. I'm getting fired up. Them crappies better watch out.

So Trey where are you planning on going not out to the "dead sea" are you. Are you getting any of those special rod-holders for your Ranger? Have you heard if they are hitting CB's over at the Rez?
Our 10 day forecast shows the lows in the 50's highs in the 70's.

Two reasons the weather is changing--- The Viking Open(golf) Tournament is next week and the MS State Fair is the week after. You can book cold and rainy weather
Hey Steve. My plan is to head north up to Pickwick weekend after this one. I've got to catch a few more green carp and hopefully a few bronze backs. I'll be heading over to the river some after that. My dad stayed over there last night and he called me this morning and said the bait was all over the cove there by the camp. He said he might try em Friday morning. Only Rez report I've heard is what the guys on here have been saying. We can go whenever you and Scott get ready but it wouldn't hurt to wait a few more weeks. I probably won't but any rod holders in the Ranger anytime soon but I would like to find one of those add a seat rigs. That sux that they don't make em anymore. They look like they would be perfect for my rig.
Hello Trey, good to see you posting again. We'll make a trip over there whenever you get ready. I need to learn Barnett to know where I can run without getting into the flooded timber and knocking my motor off.
