does anyone know (river cane)

i have talked in arkansas game and fish commission and army corp engineers i can get no satisfaction from either 1 of them! so does anyone know the rules for cutting river cane northwest arkansas

I don't know of any law or regulation that would prevent cane cutting as long as you had permission of the person who owned the land where the cane was.

i am pretty sure there is no restrictions for cutting cane arkansas. But i do know that Mississippi has a law that cane can not be cut. I say go ahead?

Ok! Does anyone know a private land owner near Lowell Ar. that would be willing to let a man take some cane!
