Any of you "Geniuses" know how to get started on a patent????

I think EZ Poleholder said the other day that he had applied for one.

#1) You can't patent a phrase.

#2) You need a trademark.

Before you complete the process you will need a patent attorney. If you want to get a little knowledge Google the US Patent office. They use to send you a kit free of charge that explained the patent process.
