i have power back on sump pump in pumping the 4 1/2 ft of water out of the basement the trees are cleaned up picked up and the city has came by and picked the up the piles the fridge and frezzer are cleand out and baged up for trash pick up.. we had 7.5 inches in 45 mins before the rain gage got blown away with 113 mph wind and 3-4 in of hail on top of that, insureince will be out tomorrow to look at the damage but the roof held up and so no leaks there but i cant say that for my basement walls and window wells i will have pics up tomorrow when i get the camar back from the wife hope everone else is safe and sound now hopefully make it to smithville tomorrow to c all the damage up there

Damn sorry too hear it. I guess as long as everyone is safe and not hurt the rest can be fixed in time. I thought we were going to make it with out hearing from any members up that way with damage from that storm. Good luck with the insurance company.

sorry to hear about your basement turning into a minner pond! Good luck with the insurance. Lot of folks in Springfield were out of luck with their flooded basements as the insurance companies said they had to have flood insurance to be covered
