Do not - repeat, DO NOT - dangle your toes overboard if you are fishing in or around the northwest corner of V-Bay! :eek:
Got into the bull sharks again this PM - big 'uns, too. All of their wallowing reminded me of the tarpon out in West Delta this time of the year - 'cept poons don't have teeth! :eek::eek:
They don't bite toes, either!
Anyway, be aware - and if you happen to hook one in such a manner that it can't bite through your line, please - PLEASE! - don't try to bring it aboard in order to save your lure!

one time we were hammering the bass on scum frogs in some thick pads on red river. i only had one scum frog. about 2 hours into the catching, i had about a 5 foot gator hammer my frog. i rassled him into the boat and did some dental work on him and got my frog back. boy was i stupid when i was younger.

JR - there aren't anymore sacs in V-Bay. The sharks ate 'em all! :p
Sure hope the redfish don't suffer a similar fate! :eek:
No pics - I'm not going to try to get one to pose long enough to get a good shot.

Pete, i am gonna do better than just keeping my toes away, i will just stay on this end of the state. Yall be careful out there.
