You've heard of catching fish that look like they came from the same mold, well... http://i285.photobucket.com/albums/l...4/P1010941.jpg
these actually did!
And here is a single close up.

They weight approx. 1.5 lbs. and I ended with 23 total. This size of molded lead slides nicely into my Lee heat pot. I also did some practice runs with some of my jig molds w/o hooks. The wax fluxing made things flow much easier. Now I just need to get some hooks ordered. Any suggestions? Thanks for all the help with my questions.

I'll give you credit, when you do sometning, you don't mess around.
Good job. Hooks, theres lots of places. By the hundred that Capt. Hooks
warehouse looks pretty affordable. I buy 1000 boxes from same place or
Lurecraft, sometimes Barlows. But that because I don't know who all sells
them here on the board.

Great way to clean your lead and have it ready for the next time!!!!!!!!!! It also gives you practice pouring blanks before you put hooks in your molds.
Once in a very great while you can pick up a good deal on ebay for hooks but I've gone to ordering from Capt Hooks, because even checking 6-7 places for what I want they've so far always come up cheaper on Capt Hooks. If you don't want a thousand of each only get 500 but realize that buying by the thousand you get a 10% discount.
