Poor day on Degray (Saturday 9/4/10)

Dad and I went fishing this past Saturday on Degray. Fished some older bamboo condos around Brushy and few new FFA condos around Yancy Creek and Lost Ramp. Only caught two crappie, one bass, and one bream. Water temp was 81.

Not much of a report, but someone had asked me how the fishing was on Degray and I said I'd report after the weekend.

Here's a couple of pictures of the condos "in the water". They were in about 10 feet of water.

How long they've been in the water? Looks like they're holding up pretty good.

They've been in the water about 6 months. They're in great shape so far. Not sure how they will hold up getting exposed to the air and waves.

I was catching some in Brushy till about two weeks ago. The bite was good early in the morning in about 20 to 30 feet around cover. Then the bottom started to fall out and it hasnt been the same. Hopefully the lake will come back up a foot or so.

I really could use another foot or two of water in the lake. Most of our better spots are just a touch shallow I think.
