Blue, I got mine from John at JandH Products. Good price, good service.
Ram mounts D sized can't be had on the cheap. J&H is about as good as I was able to find. They come up on bassboatcentral fairly regularly used if you're patient, but prolly the very best you can hope for is about $25 off retail.
