Started out real nice and cool today. :D I was catching a few descent 10 to 12'' Crappie, then the wind picked up.:( The fishing slowed down as the wind increased. I still kept 12 Crappie and a Channel Cat using Umbrella tube jigs.:D

It was an absolutely beautiful evening yesterday and an AWESOME sunrise!! Even a little bit chilly running down river this morning.
Is the lake still down, Nimrod? Can you get around pretty good, or do you have to know the lake?
It is not suppose to refill till after Oct.1 and it will take some rain. If you go stay in the middle of the river, the corps remarked it but the buoys are outside in spots.:rolleyes:Quote:
