The evidence is overwhelming and incontrovertable. He's plainly thumbing his nose at the rules around here and yet, the people remain silent.
It's plain to see he was born in Indonesia and only claims to have bought the boat in Hawaii. The people demand the boat's certificate of origin!!!!

Y'all lay off Yikess. There is a reason you haven't seen a pic yet. He had a special " cloak of invisibility" paint formulated and repainted the boat. That way, he don't have to worry about a bunch of gewbers following him around the lake while he is catching fish. The only trouble is, you have to make real sure to remember where you parked it.
