Micro sized spinner bait
http://i962.photobucket.com/albums/a...29/microns.jpg
These are my latest interest. Bought some other heads off Rondon and he included a free sample of his 1/32 oz spinner bait form. I ordered another 100 of these off of him as they really stuck a chord in me.
Tied some with rubber , bunny hair of course , and even 1 with a squirrel zonker strip. I put a 1/16 oz jig head in middle of pic for size reference. While tiny in size I hope for BIG performance when they are exposed to the local crappie.
Tying them is not too tedious and I am hoping they are worth the exra time involved in whipping them up.

Those look great Mr. Hays. I've gotten heads from RonDon a couple of times. He's got some good stuff.

good lookin ties!!!!!!!!! Mini spinnerbaits can be a pain to tie though, just like their big brothers.

Look awesome Hays! Reel 'em slow and hang on! Might want to loosen the drag... Those danged ole big mouths like them too. These are very time consuming to make also.

All of them looks good. That's good work with the spinners.

You are gonna love the versatility of those baits. I've never really gotten away from the first "Beetle Spin" that I used years ago cuz it catches everything. Wait til the first 5lb cat hits and heads south! They look good. I tied some and went overboard with the flash and didn't get the amount of action I thought it should. Cut out about half of it and I was in business. I like the colorado blades better myself. Top center, rubber legs, and bottom right will keep you busy for sure. Nice work.

Very nice ties Hays and they should be very productive. I assemble small spinners using 1/32 jigs and buy the other parts from Jann's. They will catch anything and everything. Earlier this year while fishing with my wife dipping jigs we were only catching small gills. I picked up a rod with a small spinner on it and wham, on the first cast I caught a nice one. The little ones would not attack it.
