anyone know what crappie are doing on tenkiller rite now.
I've not heard any good reports on the Crappie lately.
I work around tenkiller alot for a builder there and im itching to pull boat over there and test the crappie is there walleye there?
thats a good one just got it
I looked at one of those "Hotspot" maps that they sell at Wal-Mart for Tenkiller and it listed Strayhorn Landing as a crappie spot. I went by there and it's a decent sized cove with a marina and some long areas of tires out in the water. I didn't put in my little boat to check it out though. Might be a good place to start looking for them though.
There are some Walleye in the lake, but I don't think there's a lot of them. I caught about a 3 pound Walleye about 10 years ago while Bass fishing. I was really surprised. According to the wildlife department the last time any Walleye were stocked was in 1998.
im headed over to tenkiller tommorow im putting in over on the snake creek side well see what them crappie are doing ill post some pics and info if all go's well
