There are two sticky threads at the top of the Panfish page about the best real and artificial baits for gills.
Super Dupers look like a neck tie tack bar!:D:D:D
You'll be getting some real good panfish baits in the mail next week.;)
Super Dupers, and Little Cleos are my go to spoons for Rainbow Trout, but I haven't had any luck with panfish on those. I tend to use tube jigs of assorted colors.
