Looking for a weekend vacation spot for early April next spring. What kind of crappie lake is Barren? Is it similar to Green River (full of fish?). My wife and I want to get away for a weekend, camp out and catch some fish. Thanks for any any info.

Barren is full of crappies but I have trouble
catching any fish over 11inches but can
catch alot of fish in a day if you find them
