Woods today / Summer pattern

Fished by myself today till around noon. It seems to me, that the fish have went on to the summer pattern and left all my honey holes that had been working for the last few weeks. Caught about 18 to 20 crappie today with only 4 keepers. Stripers and gills bit today some but not as much as they did saturday. Gave my keepers to some guys there that seemed really glad to get some fish. I did have one crappie that was a really nice one and thought it would have been nice to had the big fish tourney today.:rolleyes: I guess the bigger schools of crappie have went on to the summer suspending thing as we have seen in the past. I think that June just spoiled me with some really good days and limits. I really wish Woods produced well for me at night.

i agree gcf,my son and i slipped off to the water we didn't do as good as you but we did catch some fish.we had only 2 keepers with several dinks,stripe and gills.had fun on the water with blake,but boy was it hot,i'm ready to try night fishing for a while.

Glad you guys went and enjoyed yourself. Did the cooking thing and working around the house and just visiting.
