4th of July cruise
We gave the fish and the crabs a break on the holiday and went for a cruise on my cousin's boat which is a restored army T-boat that he lives on. He's a retired bay pilot so he just travels around the country on it. We had a blast we went up into Balto. harbour and watched the fireworks , we tied up with some of the tugboat guys so I got to take my son on a tug and show him around that also. One of my other cousins who is currently a pilot is in Ocean city with his boat now and is gonna try some offshore stuff over the next 2 weeks ,hopefully I'll get out with him a time or 2 . G-duck , crappie dude and I worked on some crabs fri. night also. Hope everyone else had a great holiday as well. When it cools back down we'll get back on the crappie .

crappie near catonsville
Steve I"m in arbutus, want to fish as close to home as possible, any suggestions, i have a flex schedule, several small boats ( wooden rowboats) and a 12 ft crappie pole I got from Cpt Mike last weekend at a flea market on Kent island. I have not really fished in 39 years but fished the bayous of louisiana for sac-a-lait from 1957-1973. My daddy started me young, shiner on a fly rod set up like a cane pole was the norm then. There are a few more C'Ville guys who are itching to panfish , contact me Brian [email protected]
