I have gotten a oven for curing my powder painted jig heads

and it has 2 wire racks and a drip pan. my question is what do you guys have that you can put your wire rack on outside of the oven while you paint and load the jig heads on ? If I attempt to pull mine out where I can slide the heads on after painting, it will not come out very far without falling forward and dumping my heads off. I feel sure someone has come up with an idea where that you can load your heads (freshly powder painted) on and the put it in the oven for curing. Any help on this would be appreciated :)

How about just a basic frame made from 1x2 or 2x2?

I wouldn't leave that PP on top or it'll be a brick when you try to use it!

Just don't pull it out all the way, or build one of these fancy racks you see posted.

Maybe a spring wound onto the rack wires to keep em in place? Don't need much, maybe a trip to the hardware will show you some options.

These cake pans work great and cheap – got mine at a swap meet. The threads on the screws keep the jigs in place and when you are done curing - you can lift the screws out to un-load the jigs.

yea, that is what I was kinda thinking but thought maybe someone had already address this issue and had a working model to look at

I dont keep the pp on the top, had just set it up there while I was cleaning my bench. I have tried the not bringing the rack all the way out but least little bump and it will come crashing down
