BPS Memphis and Pyrmid

Looks like BPS has signed a 50 year lease on the Pyramid. Wonder what they will put it it? Whatever they do will draw more folks than the Grizzly's ever did.

I think it is a good thing. The only thing that concerns me is that they will not release the terms of the agreement. It won't affect me because I don't live in shelby county but I think it will affect the people that live there. No telling what consessions they had to make. I will be glad if and when they get it open

Tom to draw people they are going to give shooting classes in the parking lot. You know shooting at all the people stealing and stuff. Man not sure if this is a good spot to be at night with a few hundred $$'s worth of stuff you just bought.
Do hope it works out for the place. Sure needs something there because they owe $25,000,000.+ on it and can't do anything but build new stuff that's also not paid for. But then again its the City of Memphis.

I think the city is on the hook to possibly build a parking garage for BP and the surrounding area as well as a trolly decorated for BP.

me and my family want be going to bps when it make the move. i was for a new place but have had a few run in in that part of memphis and want be going back to pyrmaid.

yep I used to stop in just because it was convenient when I went to Memphis or Tunica, now I doubt I ever will go..If I need anything from them I will order online. I hate going to that part of town just because of traffic and roads much less the other stuff.
I love the rendevou? rib place and the Butcher shop , but there are other places to eat in better places so I dont go there anymore either. oh well .. I bet the city had to jsut about give the place away..It was terrible for music shows , the acoustics were terrible. Maybe this will go over.. glad its not my money...

I would only go during the day and I do Have my carry permit if you know what I mean.

thats an awfully big buidling to only carry bream equipment, and maybe a catfish hook or two.
