Anyone be willing to share a general area or two for me & my family? Not asking for exact spots just general area's on the Lake. Maybe some area's that have some brushpiles or condo's that the state may put out?
We will be down that way 1st of Aug on a family vacation. New to the area been wanting to head down that way and see your part of the woods.
Also any other types of fishing tips on the Lake would be appreciated. We fish for anything. But the kids like Crappie awful well.

Agrihawg has been heavily invovled in sinking condos on Degray for which we should all be greatful.
I have some waypoints on my desk top I can send you. Also, the map the Corp puts out has their points listed for Degray and Greeson. I picked one up at iron Mountain. Minnows, red chartruse, green and black, or any shad colored tube jigs have been productive for me. I haven't fished Degray since last Fall. So, I don't know what the pattern is right now. Send me a pm with your Email address and I will forward my waypoints I have.
I plan to get down there about that time to drag some Bandits 300's. Pearl with blackback is my go to color.

You may want to bring the furniture with you. You might like the area so well you won't want to go home. If you really want to have a good time you should PM Darryll or Jerry, guides on Hamilton and Greeson, and see if one of them or their help will come over to Degray and take you out one day while you are there.
