Ok guys, got my fluid bed finished, thanks goes out

to cadman and moqwack, I cant seem to find the thread or wherever it was that I saw something about what aquarium air pump to use. I see WallyWorld has some but on the website it only list a 5-15 gallon, and I seem to remember somewhere someone said to use a 20-60 gallon pump. I know moqwack has a dual line on his in pictures. Just want to make sure of what I should get

I'm glad it worked out for you. I use a air pump for a 50 gal. aquarium, dual port similar to what ifish uses. Happy Powder Painting.

thanks again cadman, quick question on the air valves, I am to assume that I will start the valve open just a little and the adjust ? I hate to ask so many question but I dont want to blow all the powder out in to my face LOL

Their's a few on ebay that have fluid bed plans for sale and it just puzzles me that they do this.

Actually it is better to start with the valve closed. Slowly open the valve and watch as the powder in the cup rises. If it rises past the top, you have too much powder in the cup. Take some out and try again. You should be about an inch below the top of the cup or more at full powder boil. The less powder you have the less chance of airborne powder in the air. However you don't want so little as to not be able to swish your jigs through the powder...........Good Luck
