MinnKota Traxxis ???

I sold my Bass Tracker and need to get my 14 footer going.I'm in the process of getting an outboard,but in the mean time want to go out.I have been looking at a new MinnKota Traxxis 70 lb. thrust transom mount and think I am going to go and get it.Will be perfect for the trout lakes up north.But was wondering if you guys thought it might be good enough for the bigger lakes with some fast water skiers if I stayed to the side out of thier way to go up and catch some good gills in my hot spot.About a mile up river,well lake,no current just water traffic.Without getting killed.lol.The boat is a 14' Deep V Sea Nymph.

I just want to know if anybody has any idea how fast it would go with just the trolling motor.
