A friend of mine poured some slider heads in 1/4 and 1/8 oz sizes. I powder painted them and tried some bucktail and zonker on them. I'll try them out sometime this week.

Those are not sliderheads (charlie Brewer's sliderheads). Those are Cabelas wobble head jigs. Still a good jig head!
Scott what type of action does then head in the water.
These heads resemble Cabelas' Wobble Jigs, but these are a little thicker. A friend of mine has the mold he poured these with and he called them "sliders". "Wobblers" would be a better name for them cause they do wobble from side to side if you're trolling around 2mph or casting and retrieving them. I looked in the D0-It mold catalog and they don't have anything like it. I'll try to find out where he got the mold.Quote:

Looks like a really good dock shooting jig, should skip right under a dock without much trouble at all. With the wobble action it would be even better. Maybe add some legs to a tie to slow it down a little and give it even more action.
Those are nice jigs. Nice tying job! The Cabela wobbling jig mold is sold by Cabelas (exclusive made mold by do-it). You can view it on Cabelas website.

Yea, that's them GCD. And you know your wobblers MuskyGary. I'll have to tell my buddy what they really are. He probably got the mold from someone else or something. All that aside, they look like they would be productive. If I ever start pouring, I'm gonna get that mold.
