What-a-guy!!!
Hey everbody, just wanting to tell everyone what a stand up guy Mr. Pbug is. About a month ago I purchased 100 each of his 1/64 & 1/80 raw jig heads. I've bought jig heads off of him a few times in the past and always had great service. Anywho about a month ago I bought the jig heads and he mailed them out, I looked for them for about a week and half before contacting him he told me to wait a few more days. Thus I did and 2 more weeks past with no hook or lead in sight:confused:. So I contacted Pbug again and he mailed out a full replacement order I should have by this coming week at no cost to me.
I asked if I owed him anything cus he was taking a lose, but told me I owed nothing. Not to many people would have done this. Pbugs always been fair and honest. Just wanted to put the word out there;).

That's great! Doing things like that will come back to you tenfold. He's pretty good at tying jigs too!

I have had several occasions that for no know reason it took a lot longer than normal for an order to get there. One time mailed an order out that was going in state and only about 200 miles. After waiting for about 3 weeks they got there. Another time I sent some to a guy on base here in Texas and he was moving to Ft. Campbell in KY. Well after he left Texas and a couple weeks went by they never caught up with him so I sent him another batch and about a day before the new ones got to him the old order got to him and by that time I just told him to keep both.
And yes had it again happen that was going like 200 miles again and it took a month.
Now for the coop-degas We sent my youngest some a check for last Christmas and he got it 4 months later and is was going like 135 miles South of me.
So you never know and I have never got any reason this happens.
Oh and one time I mailed it to a guy and didn't put his Apt. number on it, took 3 weeks to get back to me so I could re-send it.
I think only one time did one order never get there. I only had to replace 2 of the total above and never any extra charge as it's not their fault, but I do on lots of them now as for delivery confirmation as then I know it will make the Post office pay attention. Oh and of course my son had already got another check so he got two this year.
I for the life of me can't figure out why some packages end up taking several weeks to a month to go 200 miles.
PBUG did right!

i started doing confirmation it is only .75 cents and they give you a tracking number. I'm not sure if it stops sticky fingers in some post offices but so far i have'nt had any missing since i started doing it.
