Haven't sold any jigs, but a lot of different items through ebay. Anything under 4 pounds only require a small customs form, over that the form is longer. Only takes a minute to fill out. I dosen't matter what I sell I always mark it as a gift. All you have to do is say what is in the package and they never say a word.
I have no want to when it comes to selling out of this country and don't know a thing about it, Sorry!
