Is there any interest in swapping excess supplies amongst the members? Bring your unwanter gear to the meeting, say approximate value $25 and then the participating members draw for it to see who gets what. Everybody goes home with something different. Let me know so I can round up some things.
I prolly got a few things here I aint using anymore, but I hate to lug em to Winchester without knowing of somebody who may need them. I got a pretty nice green tackle box, plano 737 I think it is.
