I piolit a little trouble

but not bad though, the remote actually the right turn button quit, little piece of plactic just snapped , called minn kota and the guy I talked to said no problem sir, wish that had not happened, I will get you a new plunger array out today, that was friday, got it today, why am I telling you this you are wondering, well it seems there is a new better more flexable plunger array and they are changing them out if yours goes bad, and no questions asked, just sorry it happened, so if you have a problem they will get it fixed pretty quick or so I hope in anyones case. just a heads up ,,,, easy fix too I did it all by my self.

But a big thumb's up for BIG LOUIE, @ Grizzley jig! I was in a panic the week of the thon. on R.F. and he took care of us slick like,while the hand held went in for repair!
six screws and theres the piece,could see were it broke!

My left steer button on the remote broke last trip out too. On the phone now with MK. First test of their customer service for me. I'll let ya'll know how it goes.

I might just call them and tell them mine broke and get me a spare.

Maybe they should do what's similar to a recall and have everyone that owns one send in for a replacement. You would be able to replace it right away or wait til yours breaks!

sounds good to me, I fixed the old one and got it in a box for backup. hope I dont ever need it, the new one looks like nylon or something less brittle like the black one this one is cream/whitish color and verry flexable. good luck to all

About 2 minutes after I posted that reply above, I had talked with MK, given my info and they're shipping me a new one. No runs, no drips, no errors. Pretty impressed with their service. Yeah, mfg defect, recall, blah, blah, but you can't argue with how easy it was to get a replacement.

Been on vacation for a week, but I called on Thursday June 17th and received the replacement part on Monday. The repair was simple. 6 screws, drop the old out, slap the new in and replace the screws. Did the repair sitting in the cab of my truck on the ramp. Maybe 2 minutes.
