Still kickin'

I ain't been on in a while 'cause I made it to Virginia and am trying to get settled in. We haven't found a house yet, so we are still living out of our RV (a real experience with a wife, a 4 year old, and a 6 week old!). Hopefully we'll get fully settled soon. Atleast we're back in the south (sort of).

I also haven't gotten a chance to start crappie fishing (plus, my good poles are loaded on a big truck with all my other possesions!), but will also get into that once things settle down a bit. I have, however, been able to do some saltwater fishing for flounder and have had some success. My 4 year old caught his first fish (and second) last week when he single handedly landed 2 16 inch flounder one after another. He was extremely proud! I also went on a deep water trip for black seabass and had moderate success.

Thanks for the calls and texts I have gotten (yes, even you WB!). I promise to stop by from time to time and will be on regularly once I can fish more often.

Man, if I were close enough to good flounder water, I prolly wouldn't bother with crappie! Flounder is mighty fine table fare!
