We are looking for vacant land, a vacant lot, or a vacant camp site in the Belle River/Stephensville, LA area to set up our 2BR/1BA mobile home. It's a Stewart Park style mobile home with 30 amp electric hook up.
We prefer waterfront property, but will settle for non-waterfront property as long as there's a boat launch within close proximity of the property.
If anyone has any leads, please send them our way.
There is a lot on Bayou Tranquille where a house burned down and the slab was cleaned. It is at 187 Bayou Tranquille and I think that it is listed at $65 or 70k. Call me at 225 937 7766 and I will look it up for you.
