That sucked yesterday

Got home bout 8:15 from teaching class and working all day and saw that new 12 foot trolling pole in it's cardboard shipping container. Here's the bad part, The cardboard container was all busted up and cracked. You can guess the next part, I opened it up to find the 2 piece rod was now a 3 piece rod. The butt end was snapped in half. AAHHHH, Sounds about like Tritons luck, don;t it? Anyway, just got off the phone with Grisly and their sending me a new butt end to replace it. Nice folks to take care of it that quick

DD, I will trade you luck anytime right now. Story is Saturday I was only getting reverse, took boat in today and had a cable replaced. Next, on way back to work, I noticed my front tire on my trailer wobbling. Pulled over and looked at it and the bearings are missing. This after I had them look at all the hubs and bearings 2 or 3 months ago. Soooo, I call the wrecker to haul it back in to the dealer. 90 dollar wrecker bill and now to go to the dealership and argue with them about a hub should not go out right after they serviced it. BOTTOM LINE...I will trade ya DD!

I swear sometimes I think a business will break other stuff to "run the bill up". Where was this?

UPDATE!! UPDATE!! Just got a call from Duncan marine and Scott there has fixed me up with all new bearings and buddies, AND to top it all off...NO CHARGE!!!! let me give a big ole HOORAH!!!! to DUNCAN MARINE

I like Scott too. Duncan is where I bot "big girl". A positive experience all around.
