I have found an area that is 26 ft deep near a creek channel I want to sink there , my question is how tall do I make my "bamboo buckets". I usually sink in another lake in 10-14 ft of water but was wondering about the deeper wtr.

Our beds are in a channel in about 27 ft of water, the boo is 16 ft tall. Its always done good for us.
I try to get my bamboo to cover half of the depth of the total water...If I was you?..I would go with about 12-13ft tall bamboo...

Be careful with the tall boo because the thicker stuff floats so you need drill holes in every section.
Its not gonna float with all the weight we have on it. We can sink a budle of 15, 16ft peices and never have a prblem, just need enough weight!
Thanks for the info guys!
