Ok the gutter guards you use are they Galvanized? If so I am guessing the Galvanize will not burn off at 400 degrees, LOL! Now the packs of gutter guards I see are not totally flat, but I am trying to figure out what you do to them to make a jig hanging fixture so tell me a little more please. I must be a tad thick, LOL!

that sounds like the ones, all I did for mine is bend the ends of it down so it fits in your oven, you can even bend them again to make them sit lower. Each end will form a c. The whole thing will be shaped like [____] ( upside down) I then cut a 2 inch slice out of the middle and can hang more jigs there instead of just the outsides of it.
On mine have them bent at different hight so I can place one under another in the oven. when doing this I am able to get 8 racks in at a time.
