World's fastest Gill Fillet!
I stumbled across this the other day. If you haven't seen it, WOW!!!:eek::eek::eek: I have started filleting all my fish this way. Best part is there are no guts on the cleaning table and you get the whole fillet. With a crappie or larger fish you do need to trim out the pin bones as they are larger than the Gills and Crackers and are not pleasant to bite into.
Watch it a couple of times and then time him. 43 Seconds!!!:eek::cool::eek::cool::D
