High Water Blues!
Took my boy to LBL yesterday for some bluegill fishing. But the water was over the road and launching the boat was not possible. So we went to Ky Dam marina and the ramp there was also under water. I should have checked the water levels on the internet before heading to the lake. Looks like this years spring fishing is just about washed out :(. Oh well, March and April were pretty good months for the crappie this year. Here are a few pics.

Huck,
I know that parking lot anywhere. If I only had some of the money back from the hundreds of trips I have made there since I was a little boy fishing with my dad all the way up to now putting out beds and fishing with friends.
When I was a little squirt "in the good ole days" (as my dad refers to)we would launch the boat in back in the actual creek and never leave it all day long. Now, I fish from one end of the bay to the other and never venture up the creek even for a look.
Great looking pics. I agree about the water messing things up. Just have to wait a few weeks and forget about the gills and get after the rocks.
