Well, they're not completely spawned out yet. Managed to keep 21 from under the causeways up around Scotsboro Friday morning. Strangest bite I've ever seen though. Fish bit until sun up and then they just shut down. Bit good during predawn darkness and for about 30 minutes of BMNT (Before Morning Nautical Twilight) until sunrise and then they shut down. First time I have successfully caught them on jigs in the dark. Had my daughter with me and she slayed em on minnows 3 feet deep. Females still had a few eggs left, almost all of the males were without milt. Only a few short fish, mostly keepers! Was great to get out after not being able to get out for the past two weeks.:)
