Brewer this morning

Wife and hit Brewer this morning and got to fish until about 9 before we couldnt stand the wind and couldnt keep the boat where we needed too.

Didnt catch any slabs but put a dozen like these in the box for dinner.

Decided against takin shiners because I was worried the wind would chase us off the lake before we got to fish 'em up. The jig bite was on though:D

Some purty fishes right there. We just finished frying up a little mess for lunch ourselves. Looks like we need to show at your house for dinner:D

glad you caught some...a little wind and Brewer can get pretty rough quick.

gettem in the buckbrush or brushpiles?

Caught em on piles. Didnt even try the brush because I knew I would be fighting the wind too much to fish. Anchored and went to chunkin and windin. Well it was more of a chunk, count it down and then windin;)

CB, it was a lot of wind and yes it can get sloppy in a hurry. We would have called it earlier but had to stay until we had a decent mess for us.

Beats sitting at home wishin.;)
