My brother just called me from his cabin on Lake Beulah and said his drunken neighbor backed down the ramp with a 14 ft jon boat in the back of his truck. He forgot to put on parking brake and boat and truck are about 30 foot out in the lake. Boat was tied down in back of truck with motor sitting in bottom of boat.
