YES!!!! And a bunch of them behind my house in my bottoms in the flooded swamp.
Yes i have been known to pull a gig out and get a mess of Frog Legs, Love to hunt the minnow farms around Carlisle and here on Lake Conway. Fun stuff but ya gotta keep your eyes out for those nasty cottonmouths. Shewwww...
been hearing several on the lakes around LR this weekend
Been hearing them on lake Erling late in evening heard one giant that was so loud got in boat to check it out my bad turned out to be a donkey ha! ha!. Noslab.
We ran some lines ,yoyo's Friday night at Millwood and caught 31 fish.(9 cats and 22 crappie.Took my gig because I'd been hearing some monsters but only found 3 frogs guess I was a day late.
Love those fried frog legs.:D
When I was a kid we had plenty of frogs in the ponds and creeks in the hills and unbelievable numbers in the bottoms. They're not there anymore. Different people have different theories about what happened to them, but the bottom line is they are gone.
