797 upgrade issues

Guys,

I had some serious issues with the readability of the side imaging on my 797 after I did the latest upgrade (I did restore factory defaults). The images were extremely dark, grainy, and were essentially useless. I reloaded the old software thinking this might fix the issues, but once again my side images are dark. I have adjusted settings to the point were I have given up making it work.

Anyone else have this issue.

my buddies did the same thing, adjusted the SI sens. contrast and sharpness to get back to brighter picture

I didn't like the new picture either but ended up running the sensitivity up and adjusting the contrast and sharpness to get it where I could read it.
