AWESOME fish!!!!! Gotta love them crappies......I've been trying shallow and striking out. May have to spiderrig again!

I caught one black the day before. Fishing away from the groups. Don't like crowds. Just long line trolling. Covers more area. When I catch one, I mark a waypoint to show me the pattern as to the depth. Learned this at Lake Talquin. Can't wait for Mondayh and the traffic will slow down. If you see a white carolina skiff, that could be me. FL registration.

It's no surprise your catching fish, it took you all fall and winter for us southern boys to teach you how to long line. When you got to talquin you weren't even putting a jig on you thought all you needed was the head, now you even know the names and colors of them jigs.... Just as soon as we got some of that yankee out of you back north you go to tell all our secrets....Chuck you'll do well anywhere you fish. I'll see you in the fall, good luck buddy...

It took me and Rawhide almost a year and a half and several cold days on the lake, but you are finally getting the hang of it...Aint ya glad you know us rednecks down south???:D...Very nice fish Chuck. It looks like you are there right at Prime Time...Keep up the good work, Buddy, and keep us posted!!
