I'm not sure what estaz is exactly but if it can be tied on a jig use it :) Make up a few and give them a try worst case they dont work.

Estaz works great, I like the Grande size the best personally. Joe it is the same thing as cactus chenille.
A couple of examples I have made:
I think this is the medium size or a trimmed down grande

it all depends on conditions certian times of the year estez and cactus are all i fish some times chenille some times thread bodies You better have them all if Your planing on being successful 90% of the time
