Went out on the Appomattox with my sons on Wednesday (the wind blew us all over the place). Caught about 25 in 4 hours. Only 3 were over 1.5 lbs (The boys are ticked that Dad caught all 3 big ones). All were caught with minnows over deep structure. Surface temp was 39-40. High tide was 1:15 pm. We fished from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm. Trying it again tommorrow.

Those are nice fish. Congrats to you and the boys. I need to break away from the catfish and try that.
