..is getting your daughter the pink ugly stik spin cast combo that she wants, and then letting her put the purple and gold rubber handle covers on it.

She will then proceed to start slammin these things, while you have to take all the "I told you I could catch crappie with a pink fishin pole" attitude now comin your way..

To help the women out I too bought a pink ugly stick ,put a Z02 with cajun red braid on it.The cajun red looks more pink then red,I also had a pink crankbait tied on,I took alot of kidding from my fishing buddy when I bought it.On our first fishing trip out with the pinky the first cast caught a crappie and I haven't cast the pink crankbait anymore.The reason I told my fishing buddy was I can catch all the crappie I want with plastic without loseing my pink crankbait to a toothy bowfin.I think the pink crankbait would be deadly on bowfin just like the white spinnerbait is.

I think we all agree there is something to the color pink. But, it makes it easier to talk about when you pronounce it "PANK"
And I agree with you that girls can catch more fish with pank than boys can.
