Has anyone tried the Pro-Tec UV Blast powder paint yet? Been seeing it pop up in a few magazines and catalogs. Is it clear? Glow?

I have UV clear. I just mix glitters with mine. I havent noticed it working any better than plain clear but thats just me. Its spose to pick up the UV light that shines through water. Not all fish can see UV... dont know about crappies.
Sounds pretty cool, might have to give some a try

i use alot of uv krystal flash do i think it helps hmm sometimes sometimes not but i like way it looks so i use it lol
The UV Krystal Flash is great looking. I use it also. Just curious if the paint would have the same effect. I might just have to spend the $5 and find out!
UV is supposed to be visible at great distance under water, more than any other type colors. If is in crystal clear water it is supposed to be able to to be seen at some obscene distance like 1/4 mile (don't really remember the distance, but was long ways)? Something like that anyway. Not so sure it makes a lot of difference in stained water like we have here. I have started to play around with some chenille type material that is UV colors and will see what I can find out by using it next to something not UV.
