side image tranducer questions & other

I have read that you can put a side image transducer on a trolling motor, then i had someone say no, that when you rotate the motor it distorts the side image pic,

Also i rea d you have to be moving for the side image to work , how fast? or maybe i should say how slow can you go and it still works, like low speed ona trolling motor will it work?

Yes it works at slow speed probably .5 mph u just have to change your chart speed to come close to your speed.
