Just finished curing a new batch of jig heads. For those who were asking in a different thread about the process, of powder coating here is my idea.
The first photo shows a simple cheap disposiable aluminum pie pan in which I punched holes around the outer edge. I used a leather punch, but the same effect could be acheived with a hammer and nail or a drill and bit. As you can see the jig(s) hang from the edge of the pan.
In the next pic, a heat gun is used to heat up a jig head so it can be dipped in powder coat paint.
The pan makes a great place to put your powder coat paints being used. No need to worry about spilage.
The next photo is the jig being dipped into the powder.
