Monday 3/22/2010 Tough day on Woods

Well I spent the afternoon with Beau and I fishing in the cold weather mix thrown at us at Woods Res. Drissled a good bit while we fished. We went to all the deep water holes we know of and didn't find any fish, much less catch one, so we kept moving. We managed to end the day with only one keeper crappie. I caught 7 more short crappie, 4 blue gill and 3 stripes. Didnt see another boat all afternoon. I dint catch much but still enjoyed being on the water again. Bring on spring. :) All fish caught on jigs.

I was thinking of you out there while I was in my nice soft squeaky office chair. One day I am going to bring some of that reel majic and squirt in on the chair to keep it quite. Glad you got to go. I am sure that this nice cold front sent them somewhere.

Beau's nose musta been off. Time well spent though. Better days in the near future.
