i made my exactly like him, and they have small points on the sides so i went back and watched his video again, and again and his does also..so if you want some 1/24 oz jigheads with collars i now have them, hook sizes are 2-4-6-8 in regular hooks, and i only have size 4 in sickles at this moment i have like 75 of these. I have more hooks on order. interested PM me
did you use a round end raspe or a drill bit
the round end router bit, if you watch the video and when he holds it up to the camera you see it in his also
hmm ok when i did it they came out round but i ended up with more then a 1/24 lol
lol it sorda looks like a pill head jig with points lol...
if its a 1/24 poeple will not care but there real big with the bama boys

The correct bit to do the mold is a mill end bit. Do a search and you will find them there. My nephew is a machinist and he gave me one.
