The gate hole should be large enough – if you are using a bottom pour – try getting the spout almost into the spru hole before you pour. Also – slightly tilting the mold when you pour could help. Be careful you don’t get the mold stuck to the spout.
so i should wallow them out alittle?
I'm with LedHed on this one, the smaller the jig the smaller the hole is gonna be. If you were to enlarge it it would make the sprue where it connects to the jig bigger and when you take it off it could mess up the jig head.
Are you having problems with getting heads to pour correctly??? As Led stated tilt the mold as you pour that's how I do it also and once I get pouring I usually don't have any problems.

they just looked small to me..its a 1/32
I know they look small but they'll pour fine. Like Led said tip the mold at an angle and then pour it does help.
If you're having problems other than that let us know and we can help you out

Pbug : I will agree that will do the job. It may seem small but your clean up will be nill if it pours with that size. Remember If its a good mold its good for about 250,000 pours before it needs to be reworked. That was what was told to me years ago by the guy who taught me to make molds.
If you want to know for sure I would ask Flatfish46 I know that he is a old tool and die maker who would know for sure. I have been using the same 1/24 oz. mold for 20 years and it works fine with a 1.5 mm sprue ( sorry I work in metric every thing is divible by 10) and the only thing I ever have done to it is replace the hinges. 2500 hooks thur it in the last two months.

all my molds are brand new havent been used yet thanks guys
Do it's pro mold 1/32 is actually lighter then the mold says, about 1/40,at least mine is. I've taken a file to a couple molds to make the pouring hole bigger, but it messed up the mold a bit causing some loose heads when breaking the sprue off so I would'nt suggest it. Use softer lead with the smaller heads and preheat and warm the mold before poring heads.
thanks jjj
