None,fingernail polish.
If you've tied it well and have a nice whip finish there's no need to put anything on the thread

Make my own using MEK for thinner and Clear High Gloss Lacquer and Lacquer is the same thing that they make finger nail polish out of. One QT. of Lacquer and one can of MEK and your set for a very long time.
